Refund and Return Policy for MOLD & HOLD 3D Life Casting Service
1. Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Requests:Â Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of placing the order to receive a full refund.
 No refunds will be issued once the molding process has commenced.
Quality Issues: If the 3D life cast received by the customer is materially different from what was agreed upon or has quality issues, MOLD & HOLD will evaluate the concern.
Refunds will be considered if the issue is attributable to MOLD & HOLD’s manufacturing process.
Refund Process: Customers must contact MOLD & HOLD via info@moldandhold.in to initiate a refund request. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of approval.
2. Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for 3D life casts with material defects or deviations from the agreed specifications. Customers must notify MOLD & HOLD within 2 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Return Process:Â Customers must contact MOLD & HOLD via info@moldandhold.in to initiate a return request.Â
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to facilitate the return process.
Return Shipping:Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a material defect or error on the part of MOLD & HOLD.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, MOLD & HOLD will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, MOLD & HOLD will either replace the item or issue a refund, as deemed appropriate.
3. Exceptions
Customized or Personalized Orders:Â No refunds or returns are accepted for customized or personalized 3D life casts unless there is a material defect or deviation from the agreed specifications.
Change of Mind:Â MOLD & HOLD does not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind by the customer.
