Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mold and Hold. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made or built-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

2. Timeframe for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

• Order ID
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details for refund processing.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once an item is dispatched or in production (for custom orders), it cannot be canceled.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within the return period.

7. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
